My 1999 T&C XLi is easy to set the clock. There are small buttons labeled H and M that you use a pencil to push. The third row seat is removed form the rear. There are handles on the lower outer enges that are grabbed and rotated inward to release the latches. There should also be pictures and instructions on the back of the seat.
