To replace the clock light in a 1999 Honda Passport, first, disconnect the vehicle's battery to ensure safety. Remove the clock assembly by carefully prying it out of the dashboard. Once removed, locate the bulb socket at the back of the clock, twist it counterclockwise to remove the old bulb, and then replace it with a new bulb of the same type. Reassemble the clock and reconnect the battery to test the new light.
There is no fuse listed for this clock. Remove the clock then check for DC voltage in the plug on the back of the clock. if you have power, your clocks bad, mine was . Replaced it . all's well. Hope this helps

It is interior fuse #18 ACC 15 amps it controls car audio, power antenna, clock, and power rear mirror. If the fuse is OK and the clock is dead then it is an internal clock issue. Check out my bio page for info on how to remove and service the clock.
