I assumed that your clock is not working. On the lower left panel of the dashboard, there is a little tray. Open and pull the tray out. The fuses are in the back. Locate the one for cigarette lighter (sticker on the back of the tray shows the locations of the fuses) and replace that fuse even if it looks intact.

Sounds like fuses to me. I would check all of your fuses first thing. When multiple, unrelated things go down at one time, its almost always a fuse.
