1999 Chrysler town and country speedometer gas gauge and temperature gauges not working?

Chrysler town & country instrument panelget thee to a dealer now! i had this happen in my 98 and one day it didn't start at all. the whole instrument panel had to be replaced and then 2 weeks later the main computer which was less than 6 months old. i'd get to a dealer and have them put the computer on their sensor machine and see if "codes" come up. we thought the instrument panel was the problem but think now the computer was putting out too much power and shot the panel. check it out before you get stranded for days in a remote area where there are no computers. PS: if the dealer says all computers are on backorder, no release date, have them check the databases of other dealers who may hold computers in stock. also junkyards. don't be led astray by the "all the computers are overseas in the war" line!
