there is a alarm mechanism inside the drivers door that has fallin off if you go the the passenger door and unlock it first the alarm will be disabled. what you would have to do is take the drivers side door panel off and look at the lock mechanism there should be a triangle shaft coming out the back of it and there should be a black peice attached to a wire dangling in the door that needs to be glued back on but make sure to no glue the part of the peice that needs to rotate then test to see if it works before installing the door panel back on.
