2000 Montana exhaust manifold bolts striped and fell out during normal driving I tapped new threads it worked good for a short while those have now also striped and have fallen out Any ideas how tofix?

You're only option is to use a Heli-Coil kit. They are available at most auto parts stores, and actually require a larger hole to be drilled, tapped, and then new threads are inserted into the head. Depending on which bolts are broken/stripped, you may have to remove the heads.
