The fuse box in under the hood. It's in the top right hand corner just to the right of the battery. It says "Fuse" on it. I am a Chrysler mechanic, the last Town and Country with an interior fuse box was the 2000 model. A 2001 does not have n interior fuse box.
The headlights are controlled by the computer attached to the under hood fuse box. There are no external fuses.
