last time I had that happen it turned out to be a bad socket. There was just enough corrosion that the bulb wasn't making good contact. Also verify that you've got power to the terminals in the socket. You may have a broken wire some where else. Good luck. If still doesn't work, check the other light bulbs. A rapid flashing indicates that a bulb is out.

A pulsar is a rapidly rotating neutron star. It produces flashing signals, either in the visible light spectrum, or the radio spectrum, or both. When radio pulsars were first discovered, the period of the signal was so precise, it was originally thought that they were radio signals from an alien source.
It depends on what you mean by "transmit". Our nerves and muscles use electrical signals. These signals can be detected outside the body. The biochemical processes in each cell uses energy. This energy can be detected outside the body as heat.

Usually this tells you that 1 or more lights are burnt out.

When any turn signal on a vehicle flashes more rapidly than normal, then that means that a signal light on the side that is blinking is burned out. It could be either the front of back. You should check your signals to see if one is burnt out. The brake however should not affect this - you could have a short.
Answer Usually when the flasher blinks rapidly it's about finished. Try replacing the signal light flasher and see what happens. If you still don't have Brake Lights start looking for a short.
