That indicates the engine temp is running to low: the computer should give a check engine light and often the temp gauge will not work either. you need to replace the thermostat

There are 2 horns on the 1997 Oldsmobile Silhouette. You must remove the headlight/ turn signal assemblies (2 thumbsrews to remove each one). You will find each horn in the space below the headlight.
The 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora turn signal/ hazard flasher module is located up under the LH dash above your feet.
You remove the three plastic thumb screws and the headlamp it will come out along with the marker light, On the back of it will be a big plastic round cover turn it 1/4 turn and carefully pull it out. BE CAREFUL NOT TO TOUCH THE NEW BULB THE OIL ON YOUR FINGERS WILL SHORTEN THE LIFE OF THE BULB

On my 99 Silhouette, you open the hatch door, there is a half, to 3/4 circle that the tool from the jack fits in. Turn it, and the tire will come down. Depending on where you live, it might be rusty and sticky, so it won't want to come down very easy.

The 1998 Oldsmobile fuel lines are held in place with swivel nuts on each end of the fuel line. Turn the swivel nuts to the left to remove the old rotted fuel lines. Reverse the process to install the new fuel lines.
Check your headlight knob, if it is turned too far, it will leave the dome lights on. Just back if off, you'll feel the click when you turn the knob. If that is not it, then see a certified mechanic.
