I have the same issue, I found that it is the heater core or the tubing to it leaking. It only leaks in the winter and doesn't fog the windows up, I haven't taken it apart to see where the leak is, but some stop leak seemed to have fixed the problem. however temporary this may be I'll need to take the kick panels off and actually see where the leak is coming from.
