i would start by checking through all the fuses and flashers. Check all your ground points for corrosion or looseness. also, while doing this you may want to keep an eye out for any loose connections. Might also be the ignition switch, fusible link, or possibly a control module(either faulty or w/ a poor ground. hope this helps some.
