I had trouble finding a manual but rang around to some book stores and found one in NSW which ordered one for me from the UK. The Nissan Almera is the UK name for the Pulsar. Same car. Here's the link for the Nissan Pulsar 02 manual which I bought (My car is the hatch which was built in the UK anyway). http://www.haynes.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10001&storeId=10001&productId=44253&langId=-1
I do not know the name of the bookstore who ordered it for me as I've lost the receipt. Wish I did though... they were so helpful!!
The 2002 Nissan Pulsar Factory Stereo wiring diagram can be found in the maintenance manual. It can also be found in the cars repair manual.
Search in the Internet Google or EBay

Fu##ing nowhere!!
A used Nissan Pulsar will be available in the dealer's car dealership in Syracuse. They would be the main source in that town and well worth checking for prices and options.
There is a security code on the back of not your Owner's manual but its called Audio System Owner's Manual Supplement
If you still have the fuse box cover, it should be on that.
You can find a tutorial at: http://www.pulsar.org.au/files/N15S2_foglights.pdf - xsvproject
If you can't find one at your local library you might have to get one from the dealer.
Your Nissan dealership can get one for you!
I don't know if this helps, but I have noticed that documentation for Pulsar's of that era is hard to find. Usually I have been guided toward Sentra documentation. That may be easier to find.
