If it's running 10 mins then wants to and does die, it is a component that is heating up and failing. I'd look at the ignition module or something along those lines. There may even be a check engine light on that can be scanned for free at any Advance auto parts store and some others.
I have a 2002 dodge 1500 van, the ldp is located under the hood, under the windshield washer tank or just above the power steering gear box.
On the front of the engine, just above the oil filter.

the hole dash has to come out . just change mine in a 02 dodge ram 1500.

you cann't just turn it off, it's telling you you have a lamp out. check the lamps to see where it's at. Do you have the HID aftermarket lights?
