If 2.3L...The whole metal hose that goes around the back back of the engine has to be replaced that connects to the resorvor its about 5hrs labor because u have to pull the transmission off to get the old hose out and new hose in pain in the butt for a hose... poor design... I'm in the middle of the same job at my shop right now ... its called the egr heater hose... unless u can get a metal t fiting and fab up something to replace the poorly designed plastic t connection...
open the trunk, pull back the liner and unscrew the plastic wingnuts, pull out the taillight and un plug the connector
Undo the plastic cover over the headlights. Unfasten the connector to the bulb. Loosen the ring around the bulb then take out the bulb. Position the new bulb in the housing, then put the retaining ring back on followed by the electrical connector, then re-fasten the plastic cover.

Unhook hose and connect to new connector very simple.
1991 CHEVY ASTRO VAN, YOU WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE TO REMOVE THE BATTERY. THE HEADLIGHT IS ACTUALLY JUST A SMALL HALOGEN BULB THAT SCREWS INTO THE REAR OF THE HEAD LAMP. THERE IS A ROUND PLASTIC RING THAT YOU'LL TURN 1/4 TURN AND PULL OFF THE CONNECTOR, THEN THE CONNECTOR ITSELF TURNS 1/4 THEN IT AND THE BULB COME OUT TOGETHER. SEPERATE THE BULB HOLDER FROM THE CONNECTOR, AND INSTALL THE NEW ONE. SAVE THE ROUND PLASTIC RING, YOUR NEW BULB WON'T COME WITH ONE. HAPPY MOTORING

Making plastic container is a chemical change.
Most likely cause is a failed oil pressure switch. It will probably have oil leaking into the connector. On a 4cyl it is on the back of the block.. On a V6 it is next to the oil filter.
It is leaking oil or burning it.
Unscrew the rod and change the seal at bottom end .
