AnswerThere is actually no throttle pos sensor on a cummins engine..it is called an APPS (accelerator pedal position sensor) same concept though. it is located above the injector pump and to the left if looking at the engine with hood open. Just follow the cable from the firewall to it. fyi if you are getting "dead pedal" it is probably your injection pump I had to change mine on a 02what is the ignition diagram on a 1995 dodge 2500 truck You need a fuel pressure gauge on the 2002 cummins because there has been a problem with the lift pumps.
