No heat can be a clogged heater core or a thermostat stuck open. No low speed blower motor is a defective Blower Motor Resistor Pack. I suggest you drain and flush the cooling system with the heater set at hot. Replace the thermostat with the correct temp unit, pour in a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and distilled water, and bleed all air from the system.
