You should see 55-62 psi at the check point inside the engine compartment- You didnt say what engine or what injection system- so I gave you a range. Lots of pumps going bad - change your fuel filter before checking the pressure. Dont buy anything but OEM Delphi-pumps. I got riped off with a bad "new pump"- and was ignored by the company. Check the company out and talk/call the service department if you buy on the net.
Probably a bad fuel pump. Have the fuel pressure tested.
Inside the fuel tank.
According to my 2003 S10 owner's manual, fuel capacity for 2003 S10 crwew cab is 17.5 gals.
The 1994 S10 has a fuel pressure regulator located in the throttle body.
The fuel pump is kaput.
It is in the throttle body.
68 liters
Could be a faulty check valve in the fuel pump, a leaky fuel injector poppet or a leaky fuel pressure regulator. My guess would be the fuel pressure regulator.
There is no 2001 S10 with a V4 engine.
The fuel pressure regulator is located in the throttle body.
60 to 66 psi.
41 to 47 psi.
