I'm thinking crank sensor.
Either "FIRE" or "FUEL". Things to check with fuel...the pressure and the injectors.Low fuel pressure or clogged or leaking fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator and possibly the fuel filter. When it comes to "Fire" it could be many things.Check the ignition control module, coolant temp sensor, the MAP sensor, crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor,IAT sensor.Even incorrect gap at the spark plugs could cause starting problems. But, I would suspect the fuel not reaching the combustion chamber correctly.(Fuel Pressure or injectors not spraying right) If that checks out, it would be the ignition control module(which should be checked first).
Could use a lot more info like year and model. Have you changed the fuel filter? Have you done a fuel pressure test? Could be a faulty fuel pressure regulator. Have you checked the fuses for the injectors and ecm? Have you checked the fuel pump relay?
fuel filter? fuel lines? what all have you checked.
Check to see if fuel injectors clogged/ or fuel injectors getting power (requires special noid testor) . I take it you checked fuel pressure at fuel rail.
have your injectors checked
Sounds like it has jumped time. Have the timing checked.
can the fuel injectors on a 1994 grand marquis be checked without removing them from the engine, if so what type of instrument do i use
Start with the obvious parts. Have the fuel pressure checked. Check the fuel pressure regulator, the fuel pump, and the injectors. If that's all fine, perhaps it's one of the sensors that controls the fuel/air mixture.
There is not a dipstick for the 2002 Cavalier. It is a closed transmission so it must be taken into a shop to be checked.
have the Fuel injectors checked out.
Have your injectors checked or changed, burnng to much fuel
There is no transmission dipstick on a 92 Cavalier. The fluid is checked through a plug in the side of the transmission from underneath the car. It is most commonly checked while the vehicle is on a lift having the oil changed.
