If this happened at a mechanical shop, take the vehicle back and demand that they fix it as necessary. At their expense. If not, or they won't, take the vehicle to a trusted mechanical shop and have a mechanic or technician deal with it. This is usually not a DIY job because if the plug is crossthreaded, the pan will have to be repaired, or the force required to remove the plug may be such that the oilpan will need repair. Best to do this at a site with the expertise and specialty tools required to fix the oilpan if necessary. If the shop manages to loosen the plug without damage, they probably won't even charge.
