Sadly, if it's like my 2003 Exped Eddie Bauer, its the fan on the seat heater not working. That causes the heater to trip protection due to overheating.

I am really starting to hate my Exped...all of the big convenience features in the drivers side power memory seat have gone bad. I think I've spent $900 fixing motors and heaters.

I think the wiring harness and component quality in these parts just must be plain crap. Multiple trips to dealer to make-good on fixes that don't work.

Looks like the next truck will be a Honda Pilot or Toyota. Sick of the USA "craptacular" syndrome--despite the superior engines.
