spray the heck out of the hinges with crc and gently work it in . do it every few hours gently until the crc penetrates the hinge. If that doesn't work, find someone with an air compressor, and use an air hammer with the pointed bit and knock the pin out. It will take a while, but if you get it out and grind off the rust and use some good lube when you put it back in it will last longer than using WD40 every month. Some vise-grips will be needed. It is a tough job, and tough to do without messing up your paint.
Funny You ask... but I have a 1999 Chevy Express 3500 and I DO have a key to start the vehicle and a different key to unlock the doors (which can be a pain in the butt sometimes). So I guess the answer is YES... but I'm not sure if that is standard for all Express vans, the year or if it's just on certain ones. Hope this helps!
yes they are
Yes, the doors from a 98 Chevy Blazer will fit a 2001 Chevy Blazer with a little moderation.
With money.

Yes.
6x5 IN THE FRONT DOORS AND 4x6 IN THE REAR
No a 1972 Chevy pickup is not the same model as a 1973 Chevy pickup. I believe it goes from 1967-1972, 1973-1980, 1981-1987. Doors will work from 1973-1976, 1977-1987. You would need to find 1972 doors as they are the only ones taht will fit a 1972. 1967-1971 are the same but there is something different about 1972 doors.
I would not see any way of this working. Completely two different set-ups. You have the old Sportvan and are wanting to use parts from an Express van. To say nothing of the wiring, switches & relays to convert to power windows and locks with the right parts.
Yes they will.
1988 to 1999 will work. Pick-ups and surburbans are the same doors.
