Change the ignition switch. About 40$ and 30 mins of your time. Had it happen on several Trailblazers and envoys.
#1 blown fuse #2 brake pedal switch #3 light bulbs and/or sockets
A problem has been detected with the Anti-lock Brake System : It could be a fuse , a sensor , or some other problem As long as the red " BRAKE " light in your dash is not on , you still have " normal " brakes
If you brake lights are not working on your trailblazer it could be due to a number of reasons. Your fuse could be blown, or your light may no longer work.
As far as I know, they are not on the same fuse/relay.
The light assy has to be removed to take the bulbs out.
no they are not the same headlights.. the trailblazer can only be substituded with the envoy and the Isuzu asscender same years
Yes.
Probably a faulty ignition switch. learn more at www.trailvoy.com Trailblazer enthusiasts website.
I had the same problem. There is a recall on certain Trailblazer tail lamps. As I recall, it has something to do with vibration and/or heat causing the brake light bulb to become loose in the socket. This bad connection can burn the bulb out. GM has updated the part, so if this is your problem it should be covered as a safety recall.
A short in the Brake light circuit? Bad brake light switch?
