Could be a bad resistor pack at the blower motor
Could be a bad low speed relay

there are resistors located by blower motor. could be open. they control blower speed.
It has a bad "Blower Motor Resistor" The fan switch itself is fine.
if your blower is working on low and medium speed then it's not a fuse it is the blower switch
If you are saying the blower motor only works on the high speed setting, then the problem is a bad HVAC Resistor Pack.
Check the fuse. Check the blower speed resistor. Check the blower speed control switch.

If by quit working you mean quit blowing, the things to troubleshoot are the blower motor, the blower motor resistor switch, or the blower motor speed selector switch. If by quit working you mean it only blows cold or warm air, the thermostat is probably stuck in the open position.
Could be,The blower speed switch or electrical plug at switch is burned out. The high speed blower relay is burned out. The blower motor is on its way out. The blower motor speed control resister is burned out, The cabin filter (if applicable) is very dirty.
