if all the seals are good and you have no Check Engine Light, I'd unplug the battery for a half hour or an hour or so and this'll reset the fuell trim values and then just let the computer resort it out. Mine went away after like 5k mi of driving.
The throttle position sensor is in the throttle body.
A vacuum leak could do that. Did it have a high idle before you changed the throttle body? Any codes?
