my car had a similar problem, rough idle, or it would always idle high, There are only so many things to c heck with the intake system on our cars.

Brake Vacuum booster line PCV valve, Airpressure sensorSeals to HeadSeals to ThorttlebodyThorttle body and MAF

if all the seals are good and you have no Check Engine Light, I'd unplug the battery for a half hour or an hour or so and this'll reset the fuell trim values and then just let the computer resort it out. Mine went away after like 5k mi of driving.
