Here's a video that I've included below, that shows you how to repair the door lock actuator on the sliding door of a 2001-2007 Chrysler Town and Country.
6 by 9 front door
I had to replace the ones in my 1997 Sebring. Using a tool such as a flat head screwdriver detach the plastic cover that is over the door speaker. Remove the screws that are holding the speaker to the door. Pull the speaker out enough to detach the plastic clip that connects the wiring to the speaker. Installing the door speaker is the reverse of removing the speakers.
remove the screws usually behind the door handle, also remove the cover tabs on the door grab on the panel and then remove the speaker grill and remove the three or four screws around the speaker not the ones holding the speaker in place.

Removing a door panel on a 1999 Chrysler 300 M series is simple to do. First the speaker grill will need to be removed by taking out the two screws, then the 9 screws will be taken out holding the door panel in place. After the screws are out, the door panel can be removed by gently pulling on it.
