engine is worn out man, either rebuild it or drive it till it dies. just make sure your oil level is good if you dont want it to die on you.

These usually do not have their own separate fuse. Rather, each light circuit (tail, brake, etc.) are protected by their own fuse. The MOST common error with these plugs is that they lose their ground. The ground wire seems to be the first one to corrode to the point of breaking.
Drivers side under hood between the rear 2 plugs - see the connector attached to it. You will lose coolant when removed so make sure you refill.
