Plastic Bag with a hole in it
Any type of cloth(ie shirt)
Rubber Glove with a hole poked in it
Anything can really be used, but the problem is that if there is no one way value like on an actual CPR mask, there is no guarantee that the victims saliva, blood, vomit or diseases, for that matter, will not infect you.
If you are uneasy about getting a transmittable disease do not risk CPR.
Your life before the victim always.
