You have an air leak! Your fuel system is gravity fed until that point. Either your primary filter is completely clogged and the pump is drawing air through a leak in the line or filter housing, or you just have a bad leak in either of those. That's the only way air can get in there.......

Little bit different from the previous versions. The filter is inside of a metal casing. You have to take the casing off. Then use this little plastic gadget to drain the oil from the filter first(comes with new filter) and the you can replace it.
