This would depend on the density of the fluid involved.
Ounces are a measure of Weight wheras Gallons are a measure of Volume.
For pure water 4 oz are one fifth of a pint (20oz) therfore as there are 8 pints in an imperial gallon (not US gallon) therefore 4 oz is 1/40 th. or 2.5% of a gallon.
For other fluids this would be reduced or increased by dividing by the relative density.
32 - 4 oz portions are in 1 US gallon.
I use 4oz. per gallon of gas.
32 to 1 4oz of oil to one gallon of gas
One US gallon is 128 fl oz, so one gallon plus one cup is 136 fl oz.

10 percent of a gallon = 0.1 gallon10% of 1 gallon= 10% * 1 gallon= 10%/100% * 1 gallon= 1/10 or 0.1 gallon
30 percent of gallon will be approximately 1.13562354 liters.
2% of 1 gallon = 0.02 gallon
8% of one gallon = 0.08 gallon
One two thousandth of a gallon.
25% of 1 gallon= 25% * 1 gallon= 0.25 * 1 gallon= 0.25 gallon
1 gallon = 4 quarts 1 quart = 0.25 gallon
