Pump oil : unscrew around 3/4" plastic screw on brass pump on bottom at rear of pump. Pull the machine back and lay it on its handle to drain it all out. You can order the correct amount in a bottle from Sears or get the bigger bottle of synthetic pump oil like I did and a baby bottle from Walmart with ounces on it and make a hole in the nipple. I'm not walking 200ft to the garage. I don't remember how many ounces it takes. You should run it for a minute to heat both crankcase oil and pump oil to make sure you get it all out. Shouldn't have gas or crankcase oil in it since your turning the machine on its end.

If you mean to add washer fluid, the washer tank is usually under the hood (bonnet in Britain) near the front of the car. If you're going to add fluid be sure you have the correct tank. You don't want to add washer fluid to the coolant tank. The washer tank sometimes has a picture of a windshield wiper on it or whatever symbol is on the control near the steering wheel that activates it. If you want to remove/replace the tank that's an entirely different matter. It is usually in the wheel well and you have to get at it from under the fender.
Put it in the washer, add detergent, and run it.
Rubbing Alcohol
Most of the times the washer fluid goes into the same resirvoir as the front.
Replace the power steering pump located just right of the windshield washer fluid reservior in the left front corner of the engine compartment. Add power steering fluid and replace serpentine belt. (Belt part #: 425K4)
