If you mean to add washer fluid, the washer tank is usually under the hood (bonnet in Britain) near the front of the car. If you're going to add fluid be sure you have the correct tank. You don't want to add washer fluid to the coolant tank. The washer tank sometimes has a picture of a windshield wiper on it or whatever symbol is on the control near the steering wheel that activates it.
If you want to remove/replace the tank that's an entirely different matter. It is usually in the wheel well and you have to get at it from under the fender.
