Probably, you have bruised your head. Since you have no headache, you are NOT suffering compression or concussion that would mean to see a doctor.
If there's no blood and no headache, but perhaps a little bump there on your head, it's a bruise and it should be fine to go to bed and sleep.
If your leg or legs feel numb, that's different, and in that case, carefully, very carefully: see a doctor, even at an all-night clinic, and if you have numbness there or on the spine, do not bend over, do not turn your head, be quiet and make sure you stay up straight to walk and careful, find some transport and go to a doctor. I assume you have no bleeding from your head, if you cut your scalp it bleeds huge amounts from a small cut, and I'm told it's not as serious as it LOOKS.
I am supposing all the effect of your problem is a sore bump on your head, then sleep, it's going to be fine, usually the pain will be gone when you wake up.
