It depends on the climate in your area. But 10W30 will work just fine.
It is right behind the brace that the spare tire is bolted to. It is a brass looking box that has two knobs that enable you to fine tune it.
To adjust the automatic choke on a 1996 Nissan 300ZX, first ensure the engine is off and cold. Locate the throttle body and identify the choke mechanism; typically, it involves a bi-metallic spring. You can adjust the choke by loosening the screws on the choke housing and rotating the housing to change the tension of the spring, which affects the choke's opening and closing position. After making adjustments, start the engine to test the choke's operation and fine-tune as necessary.

There could be many reasons why a car has an issue starting in the morning but not the afternoon. The most common start is that the battery has an issue with cold start, and would need to be replaced with a battery that does have a cold start option.
A battery starting to go bad can cause a hard start in the morning. It would get worse in time. Have it tested for free at any auto parts store.

To repair stuck windshield wipers on a 1990 Nissan 300ZX, first check the wiper fuse to ensure it’s not blown. If the fuse is fine, inspect the wiper motor and linkage for any signs of damage or disconnection. You may need to remove the wiper arms and the cowl cover to access the motor; ensure that the motor is receiving power when the wipers are activated. If the motor is faulty, it may need replacement.
