88 caddilac deville alternator only givein you 13.3 with the battery help please not gettin all power?

Be sure the battery is fully charged before you start. A fully charged battery should read 12.68 Volts. If the battery is very low when you check the alternator output it will not give you an accurate reading.

Could you drive around all day if your alternator bad after gettin a jump?
You could only drive as long as there was charge in the battery. If you needed a jump to start the car the battery would be pretty low. With nothing else on, no lights, radio, AC, just keeping the motor running, you could maybe drive 2 miles. Depends on motor, number of cylinders, injected or carb. and how good the battery is.
