Low coolant? Radiator plugged or restricted? Water pump not circulating coolant? Cooling fan not working? Thermostat not opening? Cooling system airbound?
blown motor
check the water level... if that's good try a new thermostat...
It could be because of a bad thermastat, a clogged hose, maybe a collapsed hose, you could also try cleaning the radiator. Or it could possibly be the radiator itself.
Could be the thermostat not opening
It could be a few things. Its over heating and the fuel is burning up,you could be using the wrong fuel or if it has been doing it form the start(when you bout it) then it's fine or change the fuel your using.
Could be something with the head/heads
over heat could be several reason radiator chokeup, less coolant, and also could be your compression leakage through cylinder head gasket
You could possibly have a circulation problem, or a over heating problem. Need more info.
it could either be your thermostat is bad, the radiator is bad, or you could have a blown head gasket.
If the coolant reservoir can not maintain the proper level of coolant, it is possible the engine could over heat when the level drops.
yes as long as they are both single or both double over head cams
