I'll have to answer my own question here for future readers. Turns out these cars are notorious for having the ignition module (under the coil packs) go out when the battery is drained and re-charged/jumped. I replaced mine with one from the junk yard and the car fired right up. I'm also finding out the harmonic balancer is bad. Car sounds like it has rods knocking, when all it is is the balancer rattling. Another trip to the bone yard.
how to replace spark plugs wires 1992 buick century v 6 3300 stationwagon
To replace spark plug wires on a 3300 Oldsmobile engine, open the hood and remove the wires from the end of the engine. The number of spark plug wires most often corresponds to the number of cylinders your engine has.
if you are looking to do an engine swap,it is a bad choice, the 3300 is from the 92-93 grand am and does not directly fit. the 3300 is a 90 degree V6 engine like the 3800,you are much better to go with the 3100 that is standard in any V6 grand am from 1994 till 1998. The 3100 is a 60 degree V6, as is the 3.4 engine in the more modern grand am. Even the 3400 could be a difficult job,if you are very mechanically inclined you could do a 3300 swap yourself, but i am told that it is about 100 hours labour to put the 3800 into a grand am and the 3300 would be a very similar job.
Pull on it, its just stuck.

3300, 3.3 liter v-6
There are 18 factor pairs of 3,300: 3300 = 1 x 3300 3300 = 2 x 1650 3300 = 3 x 1100 3300 = 4 x 825 3300 = 5 x 660 3300 = 6 x 550 3300 = 10 x 330 3300 = 11 x 300 3300 = 12 x 275 3300 = 15 x 220 3300 = 20 x 165 3300 = 22 x 150 3300 = 25 x 132 3300 = 30 x 110 3300 = 33 x 100 3300 = 44 x 75 3300 = 50 x 66 3300 = 55 x 60
Open hood look at engine, should say 3300 or 3100 or something, then that means it'd be 3.3 or 3.1 Then count the spark plugs or spark wire.
