What does the idle do? By "injection cover" do you mean air cleaner? That would make me think you're talking about a breather hose (AKA, crankcase gas recirculation hose) Those hoses sometimes also involve a filter and/or PCV valve. If the idle fluctuates or is higher than it was or than it should be, you might have created an air intake leak. (only if the hose you replaced is in between the air mass meter and the engine.)
More answers might help: Is this an automatic? What size engine?
replaced
A cracked screen can be replaced, but it will be an expensive repair. Think $200 or so.
A cracked radiator can not be fixed. A cracked radiator needs to be replaced . A mechanic can replace one in a few hours.
Your fan probably needs to be either cleaned out, or replaced. I've seen them make this noise because the fan has a leaf stuck in it, or because the fan itself cracked and is contacting the shroud. The vibration, leads me to believe it would be the latter of the 2.
Not sure about the injection but the 97 TJs had manifold cracking issues.
No, it must be repaired and/or replaced.
If your referring to the engine block, the motor has to be replaced. If your refering to a cracked head, the head has to be replaced. Contact a service technician you can trust. a cracked block cannot be repaired. The only option is to replace the engine.
I had the same issue with my Pontiac Montana. One of the spark plug wires had cracked and water was causing the issues. I replaced the plug wires and the problem was solved.
It must be REPLACED with another 1.
Look on the back side of the serpentine belt (the side of the belt with the ribs). If any of the ribs are cracked the belt should be replaced. Take a look at the physical condition. If it is cracked on the inside (groove or V side) it needs to be replaced.
Probably has a cracked block, too :(
