I'll guess the power windows aren't working and you think the reason is a blown fuse. Got to believe the fuse will be in the fuse panel. May not be labeled as such but all you did to do is pull all the fuses one at a time and check for a bad one. May want to pull the door panel and verify with a multimeter boltage is reaching the master switch. Got voltage there than the problem is in the switch. these things have a circuit breaker not a fuse and there is a relay that's just as likely to be the trouble.
