You need to bclear, does it crank or not crank?----for starters.

are you saying vehicle will not start when hot? if so, i would get battery checked if battery is old, it loses cranking amps and will not supply enough to start a hot engine

I drive a 94 aerostar extended AWD and my gas mileage SUCKS!!! I'm going to say i probably get about 15-17 MPG is all. I'm ALWAYS at the gas station...ALOT more than I want to be!!! Do yourself a favor and buy something that doesn't guzzel gas.

First place to start obviously battery-check voltage. Even if you have "some" power it takes almost 10 volts to turn your starter

Because the bands are slipping which has the same effect as slipping a clutch.
