Anything is possible...how much money do you have? Seriously, unless you could find a similar year tsi awd (wrecked or rusted) for a good price, and then swap over the drivetrain and related awd parts, it just wouldn't be cost effective. Not to mention labor intensive. Realistically..sell your car and look for an awd. Otherwise, yes its possible.
behind the radio
Anything is possible but on a 1st gen the body is molded differently lots of fab but it can be done, is it worth it? Probaly not. now you can however easily swap in a turbo motor/trans. 2g eclipses/ talons are basically direct bolt in for the awd swap
yes an all wheel drive transmission from 90 to 98 will fit any year of those cars the trannys were never changed in production.
any Mitsubishi engine
If they made the 1991 Talon in a 4wd model and you can get a donor car, then the price would be what the donor car cost plus hours of hard work. If they did not make this model in 4wd, the cost would be more astronomical. Add on They did make an awd 91 but you are looking into something that is nearly impossible. If you have the ability to put a fwd next to a awd you will see that the fwd isn't made to be a awd. Theres more trunk space in the fwd meaning you would need to modify a lot. If someone can prove me wrong then correct me.
v-tec b18 b16 is it AWD? no it is not awd its fwd and its non turbo
yes you can, i have a 1992 eagle talon tsi awd turbo, and i also have a 98 talon tsi and since the 95-98 mmodels have a 7 bolt pattern, im sure you know, crank walk etc, i threw in a 2.0 engine into my 98 modded the hell out of it to, super easy, great fit, go for it
