96 Honda accord and the engine is over heating and the fans comes on after the car is turned off antifreeze is leaking however the level in the reservoir is not getting any lower what wrong?

Let your mechanic diagnose the cause of the problem and advise you on repairs that are necessary. No one will be able to tell you exactly what's wrong without physically examining the vehicle.
