Had same problem with my Chrysler LXI. Codes came up as O2 sensor and EGR valve. Replaced EGR valve , check engine light still on and van still loss power and shut off. Finally realized that the loss of power was due to lack of fuel. Replaced the fuel filter and check engine light finally went off. Van runs like a champ now!
