Check for leaks on the air lines. Or holes in air bags
can probably raise the window/regulator by hand if you can remove the window motor from the regulator
I think so since one of the factors affecting auto insurance price is driving record; and if your records shows a suspension, insurance companies will surely regard you as a high risk driver.
it doesnt
It tricks the loader into thinking it's in Suspension mode (its most stable height 4.5") allowing you to raise the Deck without being in suspension height or travel height 9.5. This is used mainly for reconfiguration of the loader for transport, or it's a time saver. I don't have to stop, lower suspension, and then raise the deck. I just hold the switch and raise the deck.
yes
air bags are gone if it wont come up at all. The factory manuel suspension from an expedition the same year will fit, and I've done it. i saved thousands.
GM of Ford, makes no difference , see if the compressor is running when you turn the key on , can you hear it run ? If it is running , there may be a leak in a hose , not letting the suspension raise , or a leaking seal on the actual shock. Rear suspension compressors do tend to fail on older cars , some are under the rear of the car , some are under the hood , usually on top of the inner fender .
air suspension may need checking
yes all you need is to raise the suspension
to Raise a car you need to modify the suspension by getting larger springs, body mount lift blocks and adjusting the alignment once it is raised
look where the fuses are located on the passenger side, under the hood. you'll have to remove the cover and pull out the fuse for the air suspension ( you may need a screw driver to do this) replace the fuse and the car should raise back up long enough to get to the shop.
Assuming the car doesn't run or the air system doesn't work, you cant. Just ask the flatbed driver to be gentle.
