If the check engine light is on get the code read. There is no point trying to diagnose if the light is on. If it is not, it could be a throttle cable problem, or possibly a dirty or bad mass air flow sensor (if equipped). I do not work on many chryslers but i have found these sensors to be problematic in fords (problematic in the sense that they do not always trigger the check engine light when they are bad. I have also run into them setting off the light with a code reading for a bad o2 sensor). This also causes a fuel mix ratio problem.

Have you tried jumping the battery. If yes and that didn't work, and the car sounds like it is trying to start but not turning over it is proably your distributer.

The 1998 Chrysler Cirrus takes 22" wiper blades on both sides front. See sources and related links below for more information. Since there are over 22 different wiper arm attachments, do not buy wipers just by length only - be sure to lookup exact wiper blade part numbers by vehicle make, model and year for the brand wiper you decide to purchase. This ensures correct length AND correct attachment.
