The Engine light means Check Engine, the gaslight means low gas, and the oil can means the oil is low. The ABS light means there is a problem with the ABS system, the BRAKE light means the emergency brake is on, and the seat belt light means the driver is not buckled.
Check the fuse again; tailights and dash lights are fused together on most vehicles. You need to pull fuse and test with a circuit tester and test both sides where the fuse plugs in.
