Open the drivers door, remove panel on left side of dash. This panel is covered when the door in closed.
It is under the dash on the driver side. It is on the backside of the dash fuse panel.
Change the fuse dummy

The first check would be the fuse for the dash lights. If the dash lights are out too then it is likely to be the fuse.
