98 ford expedition and when it rains only water gets into the fuse box by your feet and shorts stuff out things go nuts electrical anyone know where the water could be coming from?

Other postings on the web indicate it is coming from a leak in the upper drivers side of the windshield. Having the same problem on my 2001.

Either the windshield is leaking or the cowl is leaking. Check to make sure the cowl drain holes are not stopped up.
