To get a clearer picture of what is happening, you can ask the doctor to measure your hCG levels a couple of days apart. They may also rescan if necessary. Spotting is not uncommon in early pregnancy. It is possible that your body has adjusted to being pregnant which may be why the symptoms have gone. However, because it can also be a bad sign, you can get it checked if you wish, or simply see what happens.
