The only CJL I know of was Carrick Jewellery Limited in Glasgow, I know they did Silver but not sure about gold.

The Wh is the makers mark. I don't know what company it is. But I know that some jewelry makers put there mark next to the karat of the gold.

It is most likely a "Makers-mark". It is a mark put on the chain to show who made the piece of jewelry. It will have a 10k 14k or 18k beside it if it is gold.
Generally, the makers of all sterling silver objects and sometimes gold have their own mark stamped into the piece to identify them. Each company has a different mark and finding them can sometimes be difficult.
14 KT refers to the purity of the gold, in this case it's 14 Karats. As for the D's it isn't a common mark on gold so I can only assume that it is the makers mark.
