First check to see if the system has freon in it and if not then you have a leak but if it does then you will need to check the electrical for the a/c system.......

Way does your 93 mark vIII run for only a few sec then die and wont restart. i replaces ever thing in the fuel sys and it still wont stay run.. could it be the PAT or a rely?
check your idle air control valve...turn the vehicle on and if it stays on by you stepping the accelerator then its your iac valve
